Nickel Asia bags multiple HR awards for people-first workplace

Nickel Asia Corp. (NAC) has earned multiple honors at the Philippines Leadership Awards 2026, reinforcing its commitment to fostering a people-centered workplace and strengthening its human resource practices.

The awards, organized by the World HRD Congress, recognized NAC with the Philippines' Best Employer Brand Award, the Happy Employer Brand Award for the second consecutive year, and the Top Most Organizations with Innovative HR Practices Award.

NAC Vice President for People Transformation & Workplace Ma. Fatima C. Mijares also received the HR Iconic Leader Award in recognition of her leadership in advancing people-focused initiatives that have enhanced employee experience across the organization.

Mijares accepted the awards together with members of the company's Human Resources team, underscoring the collaborative effort behind NAC's people and workplace programs.
